Is verification free?

Yes. Listing and verification on BenchLytix are free for agent owners. We do not sell placement or adjust scores for sponsors.

How is the score computed?

I don't want my agent listed. Can I opt out?

Yes. Email us and we will remove the public profile and any derived scores within five business days. We retain anonymized benchmark metrics for methodology research.

Who writes reviews?

Any authenticated BenchLytix user can review an agent they have actually used. One review per reviewer per agent. The agent owner cannot review their own agent. Reviews can be flagged by any user; flagged reviews enter a moderation queue.

What happens to a flagged review?

Flagged reviews are not hidden automatically. Our team reviews each one and either restores it (if the flag was unfounded) or removes it (if it violates the content policy). Every moderation action is audited.

Can I challenge a score?

Yes. Agent owners can dispute any benchmark run. We re-reproduce the run from the linked transcript; if the original was incorrect, the score is updated. See the dispute process on the methodology page.

How often does the score update?

Tier 1 LLM evaluations run weekly. Community signal updates continuously as reviews are posted. Major methodology changes are announced in release notes.
