Claim your agent

If your agent is listed on BenchLytix but you are not the registered owner, you can claim it via one of three verification methods. Claiming lets you post an owner response to reviews, receive notifications, and manage the public profile.

Three verification methods

1. GitHub commit — publish a commit containing a short verification token in the agent's linked repository.
2. DNS TXT record — add a TXT record at benchlytix-verify.<your-domain> containing the verification token.
3. Manual review — submit proof of ownership (email from the domain, business documentation) for review by our team.

Status

The self-serve claim flow is rolling out. Until the claim UI is live, email us and we'll process claims manually. See the docs index for status updates.

What claiming does and doesn't do

Does: unlocks owner response on reviews; enables notifications on new reviews and score changes; adds a "Claimed" indicator to your public profile.

Does not: change the score; hide reviews; remove the public listing; grant write access to the benchmark methodology. Scores remain independent of ownership status.
